1. Eligibility and Registration

• Participants must register and create an account on our website.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

• You agree to NOT disclose any information regarding the product, testing process, or feedback received to anyone outside of the TRMC testing program.

3. Image and Video Waiver

• By participating, you grant TRMC the right to use any images or videos submitted as part of your feedback. This includes the right to use, reproduce, and publish these materials on any online platform for business purposes.
• You agree that these images and videos may be shared with potential investors for the purpose of verifying the feedback provided.
• Participants agree to be available for potential follow-up questions or Zoom calls from investors to verify the feedback.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

• TRMC will protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your contact information will only be shared with potential investors for verification purposes and will not be sold or distributed to third parties.

5. Incentives Distribution

• You agree that you will receive your incentives after the mass production is completed, with no specific time limitation for when this will occur.

6. Termination and Modification

• TRMC reserves the right to terminate or modify the testing program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to participants through email or our website.

7. Limitation of Liability

• TRMC is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of participating in the testing program.
• Participants assume all risks associated with the use of the testing products.
