We are pleased to offer a one-time return or exchange on the first item purchased. For hygiene reasons, all returned items must be in new, unused condition and tried on over existing underwear.

Defective Products: If an item is defective or if we've dispatched a size different from your order, our sincerest apologies. The product must be in new and unused condition. We will provide a return label and process a refund or exchange for the correct item. Please follow the return process below within 30 days.

Verification: After verifying the issue, our team will guide you with the return steps or provide a return label.
Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we'll arrange your refund or exchange.

Please be informed that customers may bear the return shipping charges unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
