The product must be in new and unused condition. In case of a defect, our sincerest apologies. As a token of our regret, we'll credit you with 100 Rewards Lion Coins for your next purchase. Please follow the return process below within 30 days.
  1. Incorrect Size:
Without any defect, confirm the size. If we've dispatched a size different from your order, we'll credit you with 100 Rewards Lion Coins on your subsequent purchase and provide a return label.
Return Process:
  1. Contact our customer support team at to initiate the return process. Please take a brief video of the defective product and email it to us.
  1. Post verification, our team will guide you with the return steps or provide a return label.
  2. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we'll arrange your refund or exchange.
  3. Please be informed that customers may bear the return shipping charges unless the product is defective, or the wrong item was sent.
