We are pleased to offer a one-time return or exchange on the first item purchased. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for subsequent purchases unless the item is defective.

- Defective Products:
The product must be in new and unused condition. In case of a defect, our sincerest apologies. As a token of our regret, we'll credit you with 100 Rewards Lion Coins for your next purchase. Please follow the return process below within 30 days.
- Incorrect Size:
Without any defect, confirm the size. If we've dispatched a size different from your order, we'll credit you with 100 Rewards Lion Coins on your subsequent purchase and provide a return label.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at success@therealmencity.com to initiate the return process. Please take a brief video of the defective product and email it to us.
- Post verification, our team will guide you with the return steps or provide a return label.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we'll arrange your refund or exchange.
- Please be informed that customers may bear the return shipping charges unless the product is defective, or the wrong item was sent.
